Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, and timely responses. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

Certain services involve independent publishers, media outlets, or third-party platforms. Tedfuel does not control editorial decisions, publication timelines, or acceptance policies. We cannot guarantee publication unless explicitly stated in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Tedfuel retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, methodologies, and proprietary materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tedfuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
